Rockville - - - Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service officials have identified Sung Y. Kwack, 74, of 8509 Scarboro Court as the victim of an early morning house fire that occurred in Potomac on Sunday, April 24, 2011. An autopsy to determine the cause of death will be conducted.
