Regarding the fire listed below, did the new PEPCO SmartMeter have anything to do with the fire?

"House Fire Last Updated by Bill 3 days ago 4/12/13 at 1930 hours in the 18500 block of Hedgegrove Terrace – Fire Units arrived on scene and found a 100 year old house with electrical fire in panel on side of home. Fire extended to 2nd floor of house. Power controlled and fire extinguished. Estimated damages of $100K to the structure and $50K to contents."
